GoLive CyberStudio 2 for Macintosh (Visual QuickStart Guide)
CyberStudio lets Web professionals do things they only dreamed about a few months ago-precise page layout, advanced site management, and high-end extras such as JavaScript syntax checking. All this within an interface that's every bit as straightforward as PageMill's. Cyberstudio for Macintosh: Visual QuickStart Guide is for anyone who wants or needs to create Web pages with Cyberstudio. This book the easiest, least painful way to learn to use Cyberstudio. Packed with hundreds of screen shots that clearly show the features and capabilities of the program, it is written in a straightforward manner that enables you to quickly look up what you need to know and get back to work in no time. Cyberstudio for Macintosh: Visual QuickStart Guide covers all parts of the program, so you can spend time learning about only the functions you need to know or dive in and explore the more advanced features.

Unavailable books are very hard to readRating:
I found this book very difficult to read due to it's unavailablity. I did find it refreshing though that when not reading the book I was never confused as to the terminolgy being used or the meaning of phrases or comments. I reccomend this book to computer users without access to a computer or illiterate people.

Simply AwfulRating:
This is the worst resource I've ever come across. Cyberstudio is a deep program and has a ton of features that aren't covered in the book. This is a good book for absolute beginners, but anyone who already knows anything about designing web sites would find it incredibly frustrating.

Good Book, Great SoftwareRating:
This book is really useful for the new CyberStudio Personal (previously v2). Reading binky's review, he/she/it must work for netobjects. there's no comparison. netobjects puts everything in a database then you "publish" your site, if you change something you have to "republish" it. I have over 9,000 web pages on four sites and unless you want one program to control everything (which is very very limiting) then choose netobjects. If you want the BEST web page tool, CyberStudio.

great way to start serious web designRating:
CyberStudio is THE BEST web design and maintenence tool I've found (I've upgraded to 3). I manage three sites with a total of over 7,000 pages and 8,500 images. I also use it to make small quick pages and sites. It is completely compatible with the Unix, Linux, Mac, and NT- web servers that host my pages. Dreamweaver is not even close to the overall advantage to CyberStudio, who now has a groupware version. If you're serious about web design get CyberStudio.

Wonderfully helpful.Rating:
While CyberStudio 2 has been supplanted by CyberStudio 3 (and 2 renamed CyberStudio Personal) this book remains a wonderfully written and explained start to the most powerful WYSIWYG editor going.

CyberStudio 3 kicks the snot out of NetObjects Fusion (with its proprietary formats) and all the other pretenders.
