I continuously have problems with AOL but have NEVER had a problem with Ws ftp Professional. I have used this company's product since 1997 and have not had a single problem. I use AOL's and not only is it's operation more cumbersome, but I encounter problems on a regular basis. The new version required a free patch for use with Vista and has some changes that required a phone call to the company. All was handled with professionalism and in a very timely fashion.
